Mobile Pharma Showroom – Spain
Client : Confidential Global Pharmaceutical Company
Sector : Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences
Location : Spain
Delivery : Dagard Iberia
Project Type : Mobile Cleanroom Showroom

Project Overview
Following an initial meeting at Farmaforum in September 2025, Dagard was engaged by a global pharmaceutical manufacturer exploring an alternative supplier for a bespoke mobile cleanroom showroom. The objective was to create a modular space that could clearly demonstrate cleanroom construction quality while maintaining the look and feel of a permanent pharmaceutical environment.
The project progressed through a series of technical briefings, concept sketches and renders, culminating in a factory visit in December 2025, where the specification was finalised and aligned across all stakeholders.
The Challenge
The client required a mobile solution that met pharmaceutical expectations for quality, finish and detailing. Unlike a fixed cleanroom, the unit needed to withstand transport while maintaining alignment, airtightness and visual consistency.
Key requirements included:
- A clean, professional environment suitable for pharmaceutical demonstrations
- High-quality cleanroom panels, doors and finishes
- Robust detailing to maintain integrity after transport
- A simple, uncluttered layout with all elements clearly defined
- Delivery within a tight programme

The Solution
Dagard Iberia and Purever Industrial Solutions developed a compact, well-coordinated showroom that balanced cleanroom principles with modular construction. The cleanroom envelope was designed with smooth, cleanable surfaces and hygienic junction detailing, while doors and interfaces were carefully aligned to maintain performance and appearance.
Services and equipment were integrated in a controlled manner, ensuring the space remained functional, credible and easy to present. The design focused on clarity and purpose — every element included for a reason, with no unnecessary complexity.
Delivery & Outcome
Through close collaboration between teams and partners, the project moved efficiently from design to build. Despite the challenges associated with a mobile structure, the unit was delivered to the client’s premises in Spain as planned.
The completed Mobile Showroom was very well received, with feedback highlighting the quality of execution, attention to detail and the strong impression of permanence despite its mobile nature.

Conclusion
This project demonstrates Dagard’s capabilities in the Iberia region, to deliver high-quality cleanroom solutions for the pharmaceutical sector — combining technical understanding, disciplined execution and reliable delivery for clients operating at the highest industry standards.
