MISTRAL is a versatile modular cold room developed to meet the most demanding chilled and frozen storage requirements. It is ideal for projects of every scale, from restaurants and commercial kitchens to large hotels and catering facilities.
Built from robust materials, MISTRAL uses high-pressure-injected, CFC-free polyurethane (PUR) panels with a density of 40 kg/m³ ±2. The panels are finished with a non-toxic, antibacterial 120-micron plastic-coated steel facing. Every component and accessory is manufactured from carefully selected materials, combining a high-quality finish with a modern, functional design.
With three panel thicknesses, seven room heights and virtually unlimited configurations, MISTRAL can be tailored precisely to your space and operational needs.
