FAQs
Dagard’s Controlled Environment range is designed to meet standard compliance requirements for cleanrooms. It provides solutions that support hygiene, performance, and adaptability across controlled and clean environments.
The system uses flush components throughout, which significantly reduces dirt traps and makes surfaces easier to clean. This design supports long-term hygiene compliance and operational efficiency.
The Controlled Environment line offers a very wide scope of layout possibilities. Its modular monoblock panels and movable partitions enable reconfiguration to suit different space, process, or compliance requirements.
Panels available include modular monoblock units with various thicknesses, built around either insulating polyurethane foam or high-density mineral wool cores. A wide choice of facings is available, including powder-coated galvanised steel, stainless steel, and powder-coated aluminium.
The range includes sliding and hinged doors, semi-flush or almost flush glazing options, recessed ceiling light fittings, and large finishing accessories such as coving, skirting, and wall protection systems.
