Mistral range
The Mistral range is Dagard’s new‑generation modular cold room solution, designed to meet the most demanding requirements for chilled and frozen storage.
Developed as the evolution of the Taïga and Europa ranges, Mistral combines high thermal performance, advanced modularity, and rapid installation, making it suitable for projects of all sizes.
Range overview
Mistral modular cold rooms are engineered for both positive and negative temperatures, with configurations capable of maintaining internal conditions from +0°C down to –40°C, depending on panel thickness. The system is available in three insulation thicknesses (60, 100, and 130 mm), allowing precise adaptation to refrigeration needs while optimising energy efficiency.
Mistral panels are manufactured with a high pressure injected polyurethane (PUR) core, free from CFC and HCFC, and finished with a 120μ plastified steel coating that is non toxic and treated with antibacterial silver ions. This ensures excellent insulation, hygienic performance, and durability, particularly in food and catering environments.
