bi-block ceiling

The bi-block ceiling for your Dagard cleanroom

Accessible, the bi-block ceiling consists of structural metal profiles and removable facings to allow the incorporation of cables, luminaires, air handling units or other equipment when the cleanroom is being built in a bi-block system or later.

Removable ceiling

Bi-block ceiling structure

The bi-block ceiling is made of structural steel profiles in lacquered steel. It is punched regularly to allow the lateral passage of cables. Threaded rod suspension systems are integrated every 2400/(1100) 1200 mm. They consist of two types of cladding and can be supplemented with watertight luminaire modules and air terminal modules as required for your cleanroom.

Upper facings of the bi-block ceiling

Lower and upper facings

The lower facings of the bi-block ceiling are made of lacquered steel and are perfectly flush with the underside.
Two finishes are available: polyester lacquer or PET complex.
Reservations for incorporations are made in the factory.

The upper facings of the bi-block ceiling are accessible. They are arranged on the structural profiles and can be removed individually. Reservations for incorporations are made in the factory or on site.
