Acoustic partition

The acoustic partition: essential in sensitive premises

In a cleanroom environment, ensuring good sound proofing is of paramount importance. Whether you are looking for high sound absorption or high sound attenuation, we have the noise barrier solution to meet your expectations.

Noise barrier : SA60, SL60 and SL150

Sound proofing partition for sound attenuation

Our SA60, SL60 and SL150 partitions have high sound attenuation characteristics. They reduce the sound volume between two adjacent rooms and resist noise transmission.

The SA60 partition consists of a rock wool core glued between metal facings. This system is ideal for the construction of cleanrooms where bacteriological contamination is forbiden. The surfaces of the partitions are completely smooth and easy to clean, in addition to being watertight and insulating.

The SL60 modular partition consists of an insulating core of composite rockwool bonded between two compact laminate facings with an aluminium frame on the periphery, highly resistant to shocks and chemical aggression, and has the same capabilities as the SA60 partition. This sound proofing partition is designed for the construction of cleanrooms with high requirements in terms of the fight against microbiological contamination.

The SL150 partition is made up of two removable metal or compact laminate facings mounted on a double frame. Designed to fit a bi-block system, it is possible to incorporate specific components between the two facings, such as ducts.

Some premises are particularly noisy (processes or activity have a lot to do with it). In these cases, it is important for the well-being of the staff to reduce noise and limit the reverberation of sound in the room. This requires the use of absorbent materials.

Dagard’s range of LF and LM panels, with a rockwool core and galvanised sheet steel metal, can be used to create soundproof but also watertight partitions and ceilings. The sound absorption indices obtained are very good and so is the insulation. The presence of holes in the sheet metal cladding allows part of the sound to be absorbed by the wall, thus reducing the sound level inside the room.
