Fixed frame

Fixed cold room or isothermal enclosure frame for your glazing

The fixed frame holds the window in place without opening it. It allows a more or less wide view, to let daylight in or to ensure visibility between two neighbouring rooms. It thus contributes to good working conditions. With suitable glazing, the Dagard cold room fixed frame guarantees perfect insulation of the entire structure.

View on a fixed frame cold room

Why choose a fixed frame (cold room, isothermal enclosure) for your glazing?

The purpose of a window is to let light through and often to allow an opening to ventilate or simply air a room. In some cases, only the luminosity is sought and the opening of the window is not desired because it would lead to temperature variations, propagation of particles, etc. This is when the opening or sliding frame is abandoned in favour of the fixed frame.
