isothermal panel

LA panel with PIR core – Dagard’s isothermal panel

The LA panel with PIR core is designed to create isothermal enclosures of all sizes and heights. It meets the requirements of insulation, environment and resistance. The LA sandwich panels, with a core made of high density polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) without HCFCs, adapt to all architectural, technical and environmental constraints. They are distinguished by their speed of assembly and the possibilities they offer for future building developments.

Technical characteristics of the LA panel with PIR core

This type of isothermal panel consists of an insulating core of PIR foam continuously injected between two metal facings.

Available in many sizes, the LA PIR isothermal panel offered by Dagard has thicknesses ranging from 40 to 220 mm for a base width of 1160 mm (option 1100 mm for export packaging).

High approvals and performances

The LA panel with PIR core has a technical opinion from the CSTB (DTA) and a reaction to fire classification B-s1,d0.

It has excellent thermal conductivity: λ= 0.023 W/m.K

Particularly suitable for the construction of isothermal enclosures (T° from -40°C to + 50°C) of all sizes, it is commonly used for various applications in the food industry or similar industries.
